Account and order data
VPNWill does not require an email address. An account can be created with a username and password, without submitting a registration email. The account system processes usernames, password verification data, subscription status and data usage to authenticate users, deliver subscriptions and display remaining benefits. Password verification data is not used for other purposes.
Order records include the selected plan, order status, payment result and refund processing details. They are used to verify transactions, resolve billing disputes and provide support. When users submit a ticket, this service processes the text and attachments they provide. Please include only information relevant to the issue; do not send passwords, complete subscription links or sensitive payment credentials in a ticket.
No-logs policy
VPNWill does not record which websites users visit, store browsing content, access destinations or DNS query history, or create connection logs that could be used to reconstruct an individual's activity. Temporary session state needed to connect to a route is used only to handle the current connection and is not retained as historical connection data after the session ends.
Cumulative data usage needed for plan billing is different from browsing history: it is used to deduct usage, display balances and verify billing, and is not accompanied by a list of visited websites. Troubleshooting details users submit are handled as ticket data and are not used to continuously track their network activity. The no-logs position does not mean account, order and support records are never retained.
Access analytics and local storage
Website analytics help us understand page views, entry-point clicks and loading issues. Processing is limited to necessary information such as page addresses, referral sources and device or browser categories. Analytics on marketing pages are not used to record activity within client software and should not include passwords, subscription credentials or ticket contents.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain login sessions, save language preferences and retain necessary interface settings. Users can restrict cookies, clear site data or remove local storage through their browser settings. After clearing this data, users may need to log in again and preferences will be reset; this does not automatically delete account and order records stored on our servers.
Payments and necessary disclosures
VPNWill supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment service or network, and their own data practices apply. This service receives information needed to verify orders, such as payment status, transaction identifiers and amounts. Users are not asked to submit payment account passwords on VPNWill pages.
Account, order and ticket data are used only to deliver the service, verify transactions, maintain security and meet applicable obligations. If disclosure is legally required, it is limited to what the lawful request requires. Before visiting a third-party page, users should verify its source and read the relevant privacy notice.
Retention periods and deletion requests
Account and subscription data are retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order and refund records are retained for the periods necessary to verify transactions, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal requirements. Tickets are cleared after issue resolution and any necessary review; access analytics are deleted or aggregated once their analysis purpose is complete. Retention periods are determined by data purpose, and data is not kept indefinitely for unrelated uses.
After logging in, users can request access to, correction of or deletion of account-related data through panel tickets. Account ownership will be verified before processing. Deletion may affect subscription use. Data subject to an ongoing transaction dispute or a legal retention obligation will be handled after the relevant matter ends, and the reason for retention will be explained. Backup copies are cleared as backups rotate and are not used for routine operations.
Policy updates and privacy inquiries
This policy applies to the data processing described above on the VPNWill website and in its subscription services. If service processes or applicable requirements change, this page will be updated and the date at the top revised. Material changes to processing purposes, data scope or user rights will be explained through an on-site announcement or panel notice. Where separate consent is legally required, an appropriate choice will be provided.
